I received an eye exam during my visit here on 9/11/24 and it all went very smoothly with the optometrist. Ana was super helpful at explaining to me and helping me to decide on which lens option was best, since I wanted a new pair of glasses as well and explaining the pricing and insurance.

Office visit was awesome. Problem occurred when I paid for expedited shipping on my glasses and they have not been expedited to me. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses with the same prescription and same frames. One pair was delivered to office 2 days after my visit. I was not notified that they were there. Supposedly the other pair should be here soon. The office personnel I spoke too said I only paid for set to be expedited I actually paid for the the whole order to be. But if that was the case why didn't I receive a call that they were there and to come get my One set. She responded with we didn't want you to have to make two trips..
