Matt is truly the best realtor! He helped us not only sell our home quickly but find out dream home even in this tough market. He is extremely knowledgeable and always is paying attention to detail. If it wasn't for Matt, we wouldn't have been able to navigate some of the more confusing parts of buying and selling simultaneously. There was an issue with the house we were buying and if it wasn't for Matt fighting hard to resolve the issue which came from the seller we wouldn't have the house we have today. My wife and I highly highly recommend him!

If you are looking for a realtor this is your guy. The house that I bought didn't even hit the market...and Matt told me about it a few days before it did. I have bought houses in the past, but this was BY FAR the easiest transaction due to him. He is honest and sincere every step of the way. He isn't looking for a fast buck. He went above and beyond, and when things were not up to his standards he got it done right away, even when he was on vacation. EXTREMELY reliable even after closing of the house when I had questions. It was a pleasure working with him and if in the future I sell this house he will be the one I will call!
