Karen is knowledgeable and capable in her field. She has a wealth of education and experience in skin care, and is extremely professional. She is also generous with her time and expertise (e.g., unhurried work, competitive prices, explains procedural options and aftercare best practices, very accommodating with appointment scheduling). I've had excellent facial electrolysis service on multiple visits. Highly recommend!!!

I've been going to Karen for over a year now for permanent hair removal. She does such a good job and has a great price. We're coming to the end of my treatment and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Karen did an amazing job on my permanent eyeliner. It's the number one complement I get from people is they say what a great job I do with my eyeliner every day because they have no idea it's permanent make up. She is also someone I trust which is hard to find. Everything was so clean and she was meticulous. I go and see her every opportunity I can.
