They said Mr. Murphy truly cares about people and this shows in his work. Clients also value the caring and compassionate demeanor of the attorneys. One individual shared that they felt at ease immediately after meeting Rep DeLoach, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and made their experience smooth and straightforward. He even provided his direct cell phone number and responded quickly to questions, making a difficult time easier. Overall, the firm is highly recommended for anyone seeking legal assistance with a personal touch.
When my Mom passed away in July 2025, the last thing we needed was a painful probate process. Fortunately Michael Cavonis made the process as painless as possible. At a very reasonable fee, Michael and his staff got us through the process quickly and efficiently. There were no "gotchas" or surprises. I would highly recommend Michael and his team to handle a probate situation. His Paralegal, Best King, stands out as she was incredibly helpful - and yes, her first name is quite accurate - she was indeed the best. A potentially painful process was made as easy as possible for my family.
My mother and I had many interactions with “Rep” DeLoach since he started estate planning for mom when she moved here to Florida and thus needed her trust updated. Over the years we had the occasion to meet others on the team such as Amy, Tammy and Gloria, who popped in only long enough to serve as witness to signatures. I had no idea that one of those kind ladies would become such a key person in a very difficult journey for my brother, who suddenly was facing some dire medical issues and needed to find suitable placement in a nursing facility. After I made a frantic call to Rep from the emergency room asking for direction, he calmly let me know he could not only handle Larry’s estate but had a care manager on staff who would be with me through the process of not only finding placement options for him, but also would help in coordination of care. Thus my relationship with Gloria Centonze began. This tiny but formidable lady was now more than just a witness to a signature; she would be with us until my brother ultimately passed away. I felt comfortable with Gloria the minute she walked in the door of the ICU to meet my brother. In spite of how my brother was was feeling, I could tell he immediately felt at ease around her. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome as I expected him to complain. He smiled and greeted her, something he continued to do each time she saw him. While visiting my brother in the hospital, it was so comforting to hear Gloria pose questions to the doctor or nursing staff, questions that I never would have considered. Her background in both nursing and social work allowed her to interact easily with the medical staff. She was able to translate their medical jargon into something a bit more understandable for me while in my anxious state of worrying. I wondered sometimes if Gloria felt she had bit off more than she could handle as my brother was in and out of the hospital more times than I keep track of in a very short couple of months. I knew that she had many other clients to attend to, yet each time I reached out to Gloria to let her know of a new admission, she was focused, responsive and compassionate. She treated my brother and I as if we were the only client who needed her attention. Gloria was instrumental in finding placement for my brother in a wonderful care center that was beyond my expectations. A previous placement, made before the team of DeLoach, Hofstra & Cavonis intervened, had left much to be desired. Gloria had not only working knowledge of the facility options she shared with us, but it was obvious she had genuine friendships with staff at these facilities. This was comforting to me as I had no doubt she was looking for the very best placement for my brother. I am so grateful to Gloria for being the advocate my brother needed; she helped me navigate both healthcare issues as well as any issue that came up at the care center. It had become an all consuming effort for me, but Gloria took it all in stride. I found her to be very dedicated to her role in my brother’s journey. She was extremely professional, very knowledgable, a quick thinker when needed and a great communicator which all fit her obvious passion for her job. I want to say thank you to “Rep” for answering my call from the ICU, to Amy Hernandez who provided expert help in Medicaid applications, to Tammy Dina for being quick to schedule last minute appointments and, of course, to Gloria Centonze for being with me up until the very day my brother passed away unexpectedly. Even on this difficult day, my brother may have not been able to communicate, but he still gave Gloria a big smile when she walked in. I think Gloria needed to see that smile as much as I did. It is very comforting to know there is a company like DeLoach, Hofstra & Cavonis that provides the professional services that you do. I do not know of another firm that offers the care advocate service that Gloria provided. Anyone who finds themselves in such a situation as we did should take comfort in knowing that having an advocate help
