Jodie managed a rental property for me for years. She was a great help, very responsive and fair. She dealt with the tenants and their problems for me, kept me informed about any issues, and was always very professional in her approach. I would have her manage my property in a heartbeat.

Landlords beware . I am the homeowner whose house Ms Felicione rented for over three years. She wanted what she wanted, when she wanted it, and on her own terms, even if it meant contradicting the lease agreement she had signed.I disagree with Ms Felicione's comments about Jodie and feel compelled to present the other side of the story.
