I love Beyond Poses Yoga! I’ve been going about four months and it’s been absolutely life changing. Such a special place and loving community. I’m beyond grateful! My favorite place in Seminole ☺️?❤️ everyone is so welcoming! ??☀️
AMAZING studio. I don’t have words for how this place/community has positively impacted my life in countless ways! The people are so kind and welcoming. All levels can find a home here. I was going through a hard time and this place helped me sooooo much (and continues to do so)! A beacon of light here in Seminole and a place filled with SO much love. ❤️??? i love every class I go to!
Incredible experience. Sarah is wonderful and patient and kind. The breath work and sound healing combination was incredible. Very healing, in a safe and comforting environment. I'm so glad we crossed paths in life!
