I've had my central air serviced twice by Todd, both times with fully successful results. He knows his stuff, seems to have an instinctive knowledge of things, extremely easy to deal with, has reasonable rates and gets in touch real fast when you call him. What more could you ask for. I feel lucky that he's available when I have an AC issue and I recommend him 100%.

Alans Air Service will be my recommended HVAC company for as long as my family and I live in the seminole area. We have called out big HVAC businesses in the past, and had no issue with them, but the cost and feeling of doing business with "local business" was not experienced. Not only was the pricing better than every company I called for the job that needed to get done, but the experience of knowing it was someone local and who is a small business owner, and has been in the industry for years was a great one.
