I rarely leave reviews but I must for this company. Losing your air conditioner in the middle of a Florida summer is terrible. Having to replace it even moreso. Given the estimates we were getting we thought we were going to have to go the summer with no air. But thanks to Robert that was not the case. Fair estimate, solid work and friendly service. If you are looking for an honest business owner and solid, polite and thorough work then look no further. Robert and Cool Yeah is all you need. We won't be using anyone else for hvac ever again. Highly recommended.
Wow, what a great experience! My A/C went out, and Rob, the owner, was out the same day. He didn't even try to upsell me like most companies do. He fixed my issue in no time and checked everything to make sure the unit was working properly. While talking to him, I learned that he runs a small family business that just wants to do right by customers, charge a fair price, and hope to have repeat business. I would highly recommend this company.
Robert was amazing! He came at a late hour and helped weigh out our options for a new unit. Not only did he do a great job of installing the replacement unit, but he did a great job of completly relocating the interior unit from the attic to a closet. It looks great, runs great, and we couldn't be happier!
