Stephanie has been my go to person for a massage for years. She's so kind and does a great job whether you need a relaxing massage or help with very painful areas. I had a shoulder surgery in 2020 that made a big difference, but 5 months later it still felt tight and achy till I went to Stephanie. After I went to Stephanie, it was the end of the aching and tightness for good. She does a great job!

I suffer from Cauda Equina Syndrome and have lost the ability too walk on multiple occasions but have regained my legs after both surgeries. When I came to Stephanie I was struggling to walk again as I couldn't feel much of my right leg. She managed to reduce the inflammation and swelling in my lower back that allowed my leg to not only walk easier but regain feeling as well. This lead to a HUGE improvement on my quality of life. Today I can run 4 miles in 45 minutes, which isn't something I thought was even possible until working with Stephanie.

Stephanie is the best massage therapist my husband and I have ever gone to. She is receptive to feedback in order to ensure the best possible experience. On top of this she is such a positive, kind person.
