I've seen these ladies work with a lot of the dogs that would come in. Each one of them have a Unique gift of grooming and the care that they put forth with handling every dog that would come in is nothing short of Amazing. to Laura and Linda you ladies truly have an awesome gift.
This was absolutely the worst grooming experience in the 11 years I’ve been taking my 15 pound Bichon to be groomed. They had him for 3 hours and all they did in that time was bathe him. What really angers me is that I was lied to about the reason he was still wet when I returned. The groomer told me that the big dryers were broken down while a different employee said they forgot to turn it on!!! No scissoring nor clipping happened!!! The groomer said she would need another 2 hours to do grooming. My dog goes for a grooming every 4 weeks without fail and has never ever taken a total of 5 hours to groom. I said I was taking him home and not leaving him for the additional 2 hours. To add insult to injury, they couldn’t find my dog’s collar and leash and had the nerve to suggest that perhaps I had brought him in without them!!!! When they finally located them, both the collar and leash were soaking wet. This makes me think that he was bathed with them on. All of this cost me $30.00. The money is not the issue but the horrific service is!! Totally unacceptable!!!
