Great place to work out. They have basically all the equipment you need and they have duplicates of most machines as well as duplicates of dumbbells as well as a good amount of stations when it comes to cables and lap pull-down machines and things like that.The place is really big and has a lot of equipment for the amount of people that are there at least during off-season times.I have yet to be there during the November to March winter season where I'm told a lot more people are in town as snowbirds but so far as of October the place never has a lot of people in it which is really good.Also, they don't play annoying music and they don't play the music too loud. Y'all will be 5 star on the day you get the Total Body Fitness machine. I have a medical condition that is helped by using that machine. I have spoken to the "managers" and was told it was not up to them, it was the decision of the owners. I bet they never mentioned my request to the owner. Hmmm?
The level of professionalism and friendly service is great!! I took 2 Amazing training classes with TRAINER VICENT. He was very knowledgeable and gave me the best tips to reach my goal including a weekly guide of body workouts for maximum results. I will definitely recommend this location and VICENT training classes. 10/10
