Dr. Thomas is a God send to our community. I have been seeing Dr Thomas for a while now and I recently had an emergency dental need for my son who is also a patient. I must say every experience with her has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. Crystal was right on top of it as soon as I called after hours and is an invaluable team member for Dr Thomas. Dr Thomas ALWAYS goes above and beyond for her patients and that night was no different. She partnered with Dr Guelff to get us the emergency treatment we needed and I can’t say how grateful we are for her and her team! Going above and beyond doesn’t even begin to describe our experience. As someone who has had their fair share of dental appointments over the years, I can confidently say that Dr. Thomas provides top-notch care and exceptional service. We will forever be indebted to Dr Thomas for her care and concern that night. Dr Thomas is a friendly professional who always makes her patients feel welcome and at ease. The office us clean, comfortable, and had a calming ambiance. Dr Thomas always demonstrates a remarkable level of expertise and takes the time to explain the procedures in detail, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. Her extensive knowledge and genuine passion for dentistry are evident. One aspect that truly stood out to me was the emphasis on patient education. She will always go above and beyond by providing us with personalized care information oral hygiene tips and recommendations tailored to our specific needs. Furthermore, the clinic's commitment to maintaining a sterile and safe environment is evident in their strict adherence to infection control protocols. I appreciated the attention to detail in sterilization procedures, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. In the hours and days following our emergency visit Dr Thomas was in contact checking on my son. An incredibly caring and dedicated professional. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Thomas practice to anyone seeking exceptional dental care. From the friendly and welcoming atmosphere to the skilled and compassionate dental team, every aspect of my visit exceeded my expectations.
