DentalLuxe is the best dental office, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dentist. I called the office explaining my situation and was given an appointment the next day. This was my first visit, and the staff and Dr. John made me feel very comfortable and welcome. He explained in great detail what treatment I needed. I was seen in the Sebring ofc and all the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. The OM Victoria Dewberry is a gem for this office. As she is very knowledgeable in the billing process and explaining that the Sebring office isn’t contracted with any insurance, but they will file out of network claims for the patients.e also explained my XR’s and showed me how bad my gums have gotten, I’ve had paradontal gum disease for years and unfortunately haven’t been able to get my yearly deep clean scaling done in several years. I am what "I" call "Denta-phobic" ... with that being said I was very apprehensive about meeting a "new" dentist, since Dr Horton retired. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. There were still my familiar "hand holders" and Dr John Dos Passos was, not only experienced and professional, but most of all gentle! The staff as always was exceptional. Thank you!!!
