My freezer needed a new seal we were advised to put Vaseline around the seal,that didn’t work so after another call out we were told it needed a new seal 🤷‍♀️,so another visit replacing the seal with
a defective seal and over $350.00 lighter we had to replace the freezer! Not Happy 😡

My GE refrigerator freezer was leaking water so I looked for good references. Since Otterman had good reviews I called. Had to leave a message but he called back that day, came the next day. Fixed it for a very reasonable price. Highly satisfied.
