Latisha in the Lake Wales, FL locale was my phlebotomist today and was quite professional. I am a medical professional and must say it was the MOST painfree blood draw I have ever experienced.

I usually faint at other locations, but the people working at this lab (I've seen about 3 different ones) all have magical hands, it's practically painless and I am in and out fast. I will always choose this lab. Some test are not done here which sucks because I have to go somewhere else and I wish I didn't have too but I understand it is not in their control. Thank you so much for being great !

My wife and I went to the labcorp in the Walgreens Sebring. There were six people in front of us so we expected a wait. The people coming out were very slow and no one was called back in for such a long time. We were called back after about 45 minutes and two of the ladies waiting on my wife and I were more interested in planning their Thanksgiving than waiting on us. My wife said that after the lady finished me she sat down and pulled out her phone instead of waiting on the next person. I have been at this location before and never had this king of treatment.
