I feel so much better after coming there. I was able to call to talk the receptionist on the phone who was very kind and was able to tell me they weren't crowded. The whole staff there was kind, pleasant and efficient. The first person I saw was a sweet young lady with a cow pattern jacket. So kind and so efficient, and took down all my rambling as I told her my problem. I'm so sorry I don't know her name because she was so sweet. I was very lucky to get John Ashley as my APRN. He diagnosed my problem that kept me up for 2 nights, was so kind and considerate, and really dug into my very stressful problem. This is the best urgent care in Highlands County and even Polk County. They truly care about their patients and they do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and get the proper treatment.

I don’t know where else to post this. But I am a SBHC employee and go here as my teacher clinic. This is the most impressed I’ve been with this school board clinic. One of their new docs, JOHN ASHLEY was super helpful and attentive. He took time to understand my symptoms and got me the medication I really needed!! Thank you!
