Guy came out to drain my septic tank broke the lid while putting it back down when I told my landlord he lied and said it was already like that!! Mind you I watched him open the tank nothing was broken until he put the lid back down and then didn’t even put it evenl. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Service: Drain cleaning
Called on 2nd and left a message no one ever called back. Called Friday the 6th and again no answer. I dont understand how a company never answers the 0hine or returns phone calls. Bad business to me!
Writing this review for my grandfather who unfortunately used this company's services. After taking out a water heater and installing a new one, the function of the new heater has given nothing but problems. The REAL issue has to do with lack of customer service. This serviceman and business has only responded once to the many repeated requests. However the one response gave no solution and nothing has been done to help. If you need quality plumbing, keep shopping and find another plumber who stands behind their work.
