Me and my son have been training at dragons lair for a while now, I love how technical and well explained the training is. Professor Hank really takes the time to break down the techniques that anyone is able to apply and is really involved with all of his students. Super welcoming and family atmosphere. If you are looking for a fun and exciting place to train at this is definitely the spot!

The Jiu Jitsu instruction is excellent by Professor Hank Henry. The training partners are a great group of people to train with. It just doesn’t get any better than Dragons Lair Jiu Jitsu. Though I just started training there a month ago, I felt right at home, like part of there family. Top notch academy I highly recommend to any person hoping to improve their Jiu Jitsu/self defense skills.
