Cox plumbing came out and saved the day. Got a new washing machine installed earlier and the spigots hadn’t been turned in 10+ years so they instantly began leaking everywhere. I called in hopes they could make it out on short notice at the end of a day and Bud and Shayla came out asap and saved the day. Even fixed my garbage disposal under the sink. Great company and great family people!!!! Thank you both so much!!

My husband and I awoke to a small flood in the main part of our living room. We called Bert and he was at our house in less than an hour which is pretty good considering we are a ways away. He diagnosed and coordinated with an outside company to pin point the exact location of the leak to minimize destruction to our home in the search which ended up being under the cement slab. The leak was clamped, pipe repaired and had water within a couple of hours. Bert went above and beyond to return to repair the hole in our living room floor. My issue wasn't an emergency (I thought it might be..what do I know?), and even though the owner was on a well deserved out of state break with family, he answered me immediately and sent someone right away.
