I must admit, there was an issue with initial appointment. That being said, they handled 100% correctly, took care of things, made it right and were professional the entire time. Miscommunication happens, how you handle speaks volumes. I would recommend without hesitation. Technician arrived exactly on time, was friendly and professional and completed service exactly as expected. I recommend whole heartedly.

We recently had an issue with a late inspection and an additional charge we were unaware of. After contacting the corporation, I received a very sincere phone call and apology which was greatly appreciated. Give them a shot. They are a family business.

We just want to say ThankYou so much for your customer service and commitment. We didn't think we would have propane for our generator during the storm. The lady that I spoke with over the phone was very friendly and apologetic and explained how busy they were but would try to get to us probably Thursday asap.We just got our generator installed 5 days ago. Needless to say Coker came through for us and just inspected and filled our tank! Excellent customer care! Thank you again!
