OnDeck AC is an excellent company. They went above and beyond in every way today. From the first phone call to the return of cold air conditioning, it was a great experience!
Marcos and Dustin quickly arrived to troubleshoot why my air conditioning wasn't working. They were both professional and very knowledgeable. The problem was identified and corrected.
They didn't just fix the problem and take off. There was additional time spent to make sure it was working properly and efficiently. Marcos and Dustin were patient and provided great communication during the entire service.
On Deck AC provided a time when Tech would be on-site. Tech called when he was on the way. Tech was very polite and knowledgeable providing an explanation of diagnosis. Completed the repair without leaving a trace he was on-site. Very satisfied!!
