I was not made aware at scheduling that a new patient visit with extensive electronic diagnostics and cleaning would take well over 2 hrs. I had completed required paperwork prior to arrival. I was reassured my insurance will be accepted and cover this visit. I hope this is in fact true. Staff and dentist were friendly and competent. Will return for 6 month appt.
