Excellent service by Jason of JD Signature Plumbing. Water company meter reader knocked on our door early this morning and told my wife that our meter was showing running water and that he suspected a leak in the system. Since there have been several homes in the neighborhood that have had to get re-piped throughout the home due to leaks, I suspected the worse. As it turned out, Jason said it looked like just a leaky valve in a toilet--and it wasn't even leaking that much. You had to put your ear up against the tank to even hear it. When he turned the water off at the toilet, voila--no more leak registering at the meter. So hopefully, that is all it is. I'll take that $95 service call every time over a $10,000 re-piping job. I don't know what the water company saw that made them suspect a leak.
Jason came to fix a few issues we had. Was on time and ready to fix them. Great personality and friendly. Fix all issues professionally and in a quick timeframe. Highly reccomend!
