I cannot recommend Computer Healthcare in Sebastian enough! I recently brought in two computers that weren't working to be diagnosed. Unfortunately, they determined both were not repairable, but Becki and Brian made the process so much easier. I interfaced primarily with Becki, and she was absolutely wonderful, so professional, friendly, and helpful. She explained everything step-by-step and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Brian did a great job handling the technical work, ensuring all my data was saved and transferred onto an external drive, including transferring all my documents, pictures, music, and favorites. My desktop crashed, out of nowhere!?!? I've dealt with Computer HealthCare before ( for much more minor issues, which they always helped me resolve). My son & some friends have also dealt with them in the past, all with great success. Re: this most recent interaction, Computer HealthCare has once again taken wonderful care of me, in a very timely fashion, & at a very fair price! The young lady ( sorry, bad with names) who I spoke with on the phone & at the front desk was very friendly & knowledgeable. Brian was really helpful and easy to talk to. I think I made friends with a fellow computer wizard. He was kind of enough to help me with my build and give me tips & advice, would highly recommend this shop.
