Markus was excellent, covered and showed me all that he did and ran system for at least 6 min. Then notified me all the symptoms were was good. I appreciated him on cleaning it all on inside of unit.

This company is so good, I had to leave a review. When I called to set up an appointment to have my Kohler generator serviced (locked rotor), the person was extremely nice and efficient. They set an appointment for the next business day. The technician (Mike) actually showed up early. He diagnosed the problem within five minutes (bad battery), and had it repaired within half an hour. He was personable, answered all my questions, and offered very good advice.
I'm not sure why some of the reviewers have given them one star, but that definitely wasn't my experience. I highly recommend this company, and I will continue using them without hesitation.
