If Google allowed No Stars Adams Homes particularly this sales office would be deserving. Terrible service from sales office to corporate leadership; Gina Villalobos, HARRIET Ronnie Ellis, Kristi Worley.

For context, our family has only ever owned/built new construction. I will never recommend Adams to anyone based on how we were treated.

Dishonesty, lack of follow up, follow through and poor professional demeanor by all standards.

Note we are Prequalified and Cash Buyers.

Don’t go into contract with these people they are a self-serving money hungry company. We gave them earnest money and waited an entire month for the contract. They gave lie after lie about why we couldn’t have the contract. and then magically THREE DAYS before we receive the contract they increased the price of the home by 10k. We were then told that we were subject to this price change because we weren’t under contract. DONT DO IT. Not to mention, while we were in the office Harriet said “if you see Mexicans working on your home don’t go up to them you might scare them away because they will think they could get deported”.
