Sunshine Detailing & Services Group, LLC
“I initially wasn’t completely satisfied with the detail service on my vehicle, but I want to give credit where it’s due. After I reached out and explained my concerns, they had me bring the car back and re-detailed it at no additional charge since I had already paid for the service.
The second time around, they did a much better job and made sure everything was taken care of properly. I really appreciate that they stood behind their work, listened to customer feedback, and were willing to make things right. Mistakes can happen, but good customer service is about how a business responds, and they handled the situation professionally. Thank you for taking the time to correct the issue and ensure I left satisfied.”
