I've managed my rental properties for 30 years and have been able to resolve most issues with my tenants'. I recently had a situation with a tenant that I needed legal help with.

My Realtor gave me the contact of an Attorney who works with clients in her office, named Jonathan Lack. Mr. Lack told me this tenant situation was beyond his scope of practice and referred me to Charles Kohler.

Steven and Yuta were not clients of mine. Yuta took unlawful actions on Steven's behalf against my client. And they both failed in their cooperative effort. They resent me for pointing it out to my client who stopped them. Justice sometimes moves swift.
