Repeatedly strung along for responses that never came and what felt like us frequently reminding them to do our taxes when we would check on the status. We submitted our documents to them mid/end of February, taxes were not ready until April 28th.... They capitalized on the extension for hurricane relief, which is fine, but this left us having to hustle to get everything in by the extension date, unnecessarily. Additionally, we had to call repeatedly to check if it was submitted to the IRS and if an electronic copy was uploaded to the portal never heard back from them.

I have been coming to Sherill for my business taxes for a few years now. She is honest, respectful and professional. Nicole always calls me if they're missing anything. Sherill goes over everything with me. Their emails are prompt. She's always been patient with me and my 50 questions. Never rushes our appointments. Will work with my financial advisor to advise on my business investments. Of all the CPAs I've worked with owning a business for 25 years, I would recommend Sherill before anyone else.
