“I truly cannot say enough amazing things about the staff and veterinarian here. I had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to my sweet kitty, Nacho, and they made one of the hardest days of my life as peaceful and comforting as it possibly could have been.
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, cared for, and never rushed. The staff showed so much compassion toward both me and Nacho, and the veterinarian was incredibly kind and understanding. They gave me all the time I needed to sit with her, love on her, and say goodbye before I was ready to let her go.
I will forever be grateful for the kindness, patience, and dignity they showed Nacho in her final moments. Losing her was incredibly painful, but knowing she was surrounded by love and treated so gently meant more to me than I can put into words. Thank you to the entire staff for taking such good care of my girl and for helping me through one of the hardest days of my life. ❤🐾”
