I’m sorry I’m not mentioning you all by name but Sam our installation expert was quick, efficient and left my home spotless. Our sales rep, James was so friendly and reassuring about the process. The administrative staff was beyond caring and put my mind at ease. The price I was quoted was what I paid at the end. No pressure to upsell. No hidden fees! The grate insert was even included !
