I’m disappointed that I can’t get a return call from you regarding adding a Pentair wi-fi system to my pool that you installed three months ago . I have called no less than six times over three weeks and left voicemail messages and my pool maintenance person from your company has also relayed the message to your service department, yet no response.Please return my calls!

We went into contract with this company January 2023. Through the entire process with zero communication from our project manager whom never set foot on our property. Was given a timeline of mid August to no later than September. Due to construction of a waterfall not passing inspection. The owner came out and apologized for the delay but will get it taken care of. Unexpected issues I can understand does happen. During the process the contractors recklessly ran over all sprinklers that were all marked as requested. Then broke pipes and never mentioned anything. I have outstanding issues that I would like to be addressed but they don’t answer phones or follow up with me as to per issues!Pool is fine but my landings on each side of of cage are a trip hazard and the other is that I was told the pool will be transferred to salt after recommended amount of time.Seems this is the way a lot of businesses treat their customers down in Florida.This after emails , voicemails and telephone calls.These need to be resolved so I can take your sign down and get on with enjoying my retirement!!!!!Service: Inground pool installation
