Believing that everyone deserves to feel good about the way they look every day -- Kim takes the time to create a style for you that is not only beautiful, but easy to manage on a daily basis. She takes into account what each customer wants as well as the time and effort it will take to maintain. And most impressive -- even when the cut is basic -- she gives each client a personalized style and look that's all their own. Chapter One is the BEST! I have been having Kim do my hair for more years than she & I can remember! I travel an hour each way to see her and believe me, it's worth the trip! Kim is a professional that knows her craft like no other! If you are looking for a great haircut, color, or highlights, this is the place to come! Chapter One feels like home, no pretense just dedicated, wonderful people!
