If a candle arrives chipped, customer service is incredible and sends a replacement promptly. The store also offers small Vetiver candles, and replacements are given with a handwritten thank you. Beautiful furnishings are carried, with extremely knowledgeable designers and sales people who are helpful with all design decisions and very high‑quality items.

Loved the outdoor candles I purchased online. They smell fantastic! My order arrived beautifully packaged with a thoughtful handwritten note. Unfortunately, one candle arrived chipped (not their fault!). Customer service was incredible - they promptly sent a replacement with another kind note. Highly recommend!

I accidentally broke my small Vetiver candle. I was so happy when I saw I could get a replacement from Summer House Lifestyle. They were so nice and Taylor even left me a handwritten thank you on my invoice. I'll definitely be buying from them again!!

Melissa and her team do an excellent job from beginning to end. We have used Summer House for multiple projects and the results have been stunning. Very easy to work with! They follow up with vendors, coordinate deliver and install, and are excellent at client communication. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality interior design services.
