I booked a private class for a bachelorette and from the moment we arrived, Shannon created such a calming, welcoming, and fun atmosphere that was perfect for our group. She tailored the flow to all levels, made everyone feel comfortable, and kept the energy light and uplifting the entire time. It was the perfect mix of relaxing, empowering, and special. The cold towels and light touch were an amazing touch at the end. She also gave us the best recommendations to explore around seaside!
We took a private class with Shannon for mt bachelorette trip and WOW seriously life changing she is amazing, was just looking to get a workout in with my friends but came out a new person thanks to her. If I lived closer I would be in the studio 24/7. Shannon you are amazing thanks for everything.
