A truly amazing company to do business with. Friendly, personable & efficient. The technicians doing our system install were patient and took the time to explain every step of the process.Our AC basically died following a string of devastating and life changing incidents including the loss of our 24 year old military son and having our roof and property significantly damaged after being struck by a tornado. The bright spot during a very dark period of our lives was the magnificent folks at SOWAL Air Cool & Heat who absolutely came through for our family when we desperately needed their help. The service technicians arrived on time as scheduled. They knew exactly what needed to be done because the owner had been here previously for an assessment. The owner ensured his technicians were prepared to complete the work. The technicians today, November 26, 2034 were cordial, respectful, knowledgeable, and they completed the job quickly. As they were leaving they confirmed what they had done and that the unit was working properly. My husband and I highly recommend SoWal for all HVAC needs!
