The locksmith was fantastic and did a very thorough job and was extremely communicative and polite. We did have an issue where after rekeying 7 locks throughout the house, we all seemed to miss one. I called the office about an hour after the service, once the issue was discovered, and they insisted on charging us an additional service fee and a higher price for the single additional lock (no multi lock discount I suppose). All in all, they did great work but the fact that the office manager wasn't willing to help us out at all with the additional fees left a bad impression.
