She has an Intuitive Touch, which gives her the ability to find stubborn areas of tension and work them out with the appropriate amount of pressure. She also uses a range of techniques depending on what she determines your needs are. I walked in to her lovely tranquil setting bound up with tension, especially in my lower back, in a level 5 pain completely miserable and I walked out in a level one.
