I contacted Jennifer frantic because my daughter needed a color correction. She was getting ready to move in less than 2 days. I am not sure what happened with her normal stylist. She showed her Inspiration pictures and they discussed the process. I was there for the consult and the outcome definitely was not what we discussed. Her hair ended up 5 shades too dark with no hi lights & no dimension. She was devastated and did not feel like herself. She didn’t want to leave the house. I was on a mission to find an experienced stylist that could fix the problem and not damage her hair in the process.
