I can't say enough good things about Trademark Roofing. All of the homes in our neighborhood are around 25 years old, so there is a lot of new roofing activity going on. We witnessed 1st hand the huge mess some companies make, the delays that sometimes stretched into weeks for some of our neighbors, and the absurd pricing we obtained from 4 different quotes. Honestly, our 1st quote was more than the cost of the 1st home we built 30 yrs ago at $125,000. It was insane! They got rejected immediately. Then our banker recommended we call Trademark Roofing, and I'm so thankful we did. Kory came out and went through the usual sales pitch. He was our 5th bid so we had him skip to just the key issues.... how do they do the roofing job, what is their guarantee, and what was the cost? The first 2 questions were similar for all of the bids. It was the cost which really stood out. At 1/3 the cost of the most expensive bid, it was a godsend to finally meet a company not trying to create a company retirement plan for every job they do. They got our approval and within a month everything was underway.
This is when we realized just how much better Trademark Roofing was. The entire job took 8 days, and if it hadn't been for a very rainy thunderstorm day they would have finished in 7. Every evening the workers would clean up everything so there was no construction debris like all of our neighbors had to step over for days at a time. They all did their best to give us a good experience and they accomplished their goal without exception.
The final product came out great and we're very pleased. After the fact we heard that Homeowners Ins companies often reduce their rates when a new roof is installed. We're working on this now and as is typical, insurance companies are very unwilling to give back any of their premiums, so they have requested copies of our wind mitigation report, permit closure, etc. We contacted Kory at Trademark and he has been wonderful in helping us set up inspections, and getting the closure permit. I'm not holding my breath that the insurance company will lower the premium even a measly $5 but we won't get any reduction if we don't try, so game on!
As for Trademark Roofing, they will assist you all through the process. We were warned that some days will be very loud and if we have a dog who is sensitive to loud noises, we may want to visit the dog park for a while. Trademark Roofing has a good group of workers, and they produce a very nice product. Their services continue long after the roof is done. They are very pleasant to work with and I think you will be pleasantly surprised how easy it can be to have a new roof installed. 😊
