The visit was fine overall. The office is clean and everyone on the staff was friendly. My only concern is that I didn’t feel there was much time to talk about my puppy’s needs or answer my questions with the actual doctor. For what you pay, I expected a little more time and attention. I’d still recommend it for the clean facility and kind staff.
Im fine with Vetco but there is one thing I didnt like. I have an appt scheduled for the 11th and my husband picked up my cat's meds on the 2nd. Vetco then sent a message to my phone at 2:36pm stating I had a 2:30 pm appt and then marked it as a missed appointment. My husband was picking up meds at that time (a walk in) and now a missed appt is attached to my account.
Kirstynn and Dr. Martin were great at explaining things. They were also fast and professional. Will definitely come back. Kirstynn was great w my pet and did not hesitate to answer any questions. She was great w my kitten as well.
