I initiated a return through this FFL dealer a month ago and every week I call in for an update. I keep getting more excuses on why the return hasn't been made yet. I called the company that the firearm needs to be returned to, but they don't know what's going on with this dealer. I should've known better and looked into this place.

I guess I should have read the most recent reviews. I guess they are either a front for laundering money or they are out of business.Nobody answers the phone or the door. It says by appointment but I’m not sure how to make an appointment since I can’t get anyone to answer calls or the door and even the website leads to absolutely nowhere.If I could give a -5 rating I would.

Do not do a transfer at this store. They do not answer calls, emails, or messages. I had to get my gun reordered to a place closer by. It has been over a month, and even though they are in the store, they will not let you in. Weirdest experience I have had with any business owner.
