DANNY with Totally Vacuums is The Man for vacuum Repairs. As I know just a little about My Kirby. Danny treated Me with respect and didn’t talk down to me like I was a total idiot. HANDS DOWN THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Something also Danny does is text You along the way to explain the status of your repair. Next day turn around on My repair. Granted that may not be your case if he had to order parts. But you can’t get that kind of service ANYMORE ANYWHERE. DANNY is very knowledgeable, very respectful and very friendly. Couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Thank You Sir! Beyond 5⭐️

Excellent sales and service! Danny is knowledgable and super helpful. He was able to diagnose the issues I was having with my vacuums and repair them in less than a day. The repair cost was a fraction of what two new machines would have cost. A great business and a pleasure to deal with!

We are fortunate to have this mom and pop place that has been there for 45 years. I had an issue with my vacuum not sucking in the dirt. I happened to find Totally vacuums based on good reviews. Danny resolved it in no time and at no point pressured me to buy a new one. He even educated me about maintaining the vacuum. He is super honest, diligent and professional. A gem of a person. Give them a visit and you won't be disappointed. I know when I replace my vacuum, I will give the business here. Thanks a lot Danny!
