The staff is very attentive and let's you know what is coming up next ie: paperwork, exam, choosing frames, etc. The day of my appt was very busy with a bit of a wait time, but after seeing Dr Watson, I understand why. He is very thorough and doesn't rush you in and out. He listens, asks questions and is very knowledgeable in his field. My husband and I both drive from Deland to come here.

Target optical did an amazing job! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The optician did an excellent job explaining and answering questions. Not pushy to try and sell things not needed. I did not feel any pressure. I would recommend and go back. The manager cheryl was thoroughl and fixed my current pair of glasses. Thanks!

Jennifer at the Target Optical in Sanford, FL helped me tremendously when I brought in my glasses that needed a screw to attach the arm that had fallen off when I was out of town. I never found the screw so she had to see if they had one that fit. She got them all fixed up for me.
