I sympathize with the entertainment industry during both covid and the hurricanes, as it directly affected my opportunity to rent my extra time in Florida, and the industry as a whole. I spoke with Steven 5/1/2024 for 27 minutes at 1247 hrs EST. He was very helpful in explaining the issues and assured me that my investment was ongoing. I spoke with a female rep today 5/24/24 that was also helpful and assuring that we should be moving forward from all the cancelations of last year.
