Previously used Mr. Rooter to investigate a leak in my water mane and had a great experience, so I called again once my electric water heater broke down. Mr. Arthur Owens was sent out to assist and did a wonderful job. My unit was 21 years old and needed to be replaced. Arthur was very knowledgeable and able to help me understand my options. We ended up replacing the old unit with a brand new one. Arthur went above and beyond in helping move all of my stored items from the closet and expertly/quickly had the old unit out and the new one in. We were thrilled with the service we received from Tim today! We originally had a competitor (Roto-Rooter) come give us a quote. They said snaking our pipe may or may not fix our problem, but they’d charge us $450 to try it. We are so thankful we had Mr. Rooter come instead, because it turns out that $450 would’ve gone straight down the drain, while our sewage remained. Tim thoroughly investigated our problem and got to the root of the issue…a tree root had ruined our septic pump motor. He was prompt and professional in replacing it for us. He showed me how it all worked to ensure we didn’t run into future problems. Thank you, Tim!!
Water heater started leaking bad 3 days before Christmas. Called Bill, the owner, he was reassuring, knew his stuff inside out and gave my problem top priority. Came out the next morning and worked throughout the day. Excellent knowledge of plumbing and the job was done perfectly. Bill is now my plumber for all future needs.Service: Water tank installation
