Howard is amazing. I learned about his home inspection company after Google AI listed it as a top option for an inspector with a strong background in construction, and to top it off, he's also a certified master inspector.
Booking was easy and completed right on his website, which allowed me to schedule something within a tight contract inspection window. Within 20 minutes, he actually called me back to see if I had any questions. Bear in mind this was Christmas Eve; that is how dedicated he is. He also recommended forgoing one service as he felt it wasn't needed and could save me money.
