I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment, and with no one in wait, was warmly welcomed by Adrianna. She listened intently as to the issue I was having with my iPhone and explained possible concerns as well as our options to reach an optimal resolution.

It took 40 min trying to schedule the appointment. The person assisting me was so disconnected and poorly trained. At the end I gave up, no way am I going for the geek squad and run in to problems later.
I haven't been to Best Buy in a while. I pre ordered a Nintendo switch fit ring. It was $20 cheaper at Best Buy than anywhere else. The item was ready when I arrived for pickup. I decided to go inside. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The staff member who helped with check out was even able to share a bit about her experience with the ring fit. It was encouraging to hear how about it and made me look forward to it even more. Overall great service and a great price.
