I spent the afternoon in Dr Chip Edward's office. I have been a friend and patient of his for over 30 years. I had major work done today but he and his staff are always their caring and consistent selves. I will never use another dentist. The fact is that Chip Edwards and his staff are the best in the business. Never pushy, never overcharging and never telling his patients something that is not true. I could go on and on but I will simply say that if you want an honest and caring dentist look no where else. He and his staff are just the best. No exceptions.
Dr. Edwards and his team make you feel at ease the minute you walk in the door. They listen to you. Not pressuring you into unnecessary work, but helping you find the best way to get you a healthy smile. I need a lot of work done and they are willing to to do as much or as little as I feel comfortable with each visit.
Excellent service!! If I could give more stars I would! I went to Dr Edwards today for my first time and everyone was wonderful! The staff was very kind and friendly. They called me before my appointment to let me know exactly how much I would have to pay so there was no surprise. I had been to a different office who gave me a very large estimate for dental work that I supposedly needed done, which I was skeptical about since I had no pain or discomfort. So my dad referred me to Dr Edwards and I’m so glad he did. Dr Edwards told me I did not require any immediate dental work but we will keep an eye on some areas for now. What a relief!
