BuildDirect Sanford Flooring Center has a nice showroom and a huge selection of flooring and tile, with tons of beautiful options. Customers had great experiences with staff like Skyler and Jayce, who were awesome, nice, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They helped find the perfect floor, including water resistant flooring and the perfect LVP for the job. The store has a huge variety of flooring and a great selection, and it is definitely worth stopping in if you’re looking for new flooring or tile. Highly recommended for anyone tackling a home improvement project, with a 5 out of 5 rating.
BuildDirect is great for Installers. Being able to pick up everything we need for the job in one place saves our crews time. Great pricing, selection, customer service and a very organized warehouse. Highly recommend Jayce and the team at Build Direct.
The 7am opening time is wrong. We got there about 7.15am and a guy came out and said that the showroom doesn't open until 8am. He still let us look around but said no staff is in to help until 8am.
They have some selection but nothing that matched what we were looking for, although they might have more - just not sure as we didn't get to speak with anyone.
